Digital Food Scale

The Innocent Baker Digital Scale provides accurate measurements for precise cooking and baking. It uses a high precision strain gauge sensor system to ensure a meticulously accurate read, measuring from a mere .1 ounce, up to 22 pounds.

Results are displayed on a large 2.3" x 1" LCD screen. The scale's ultra slim design features a 7.9" x 7.3" stain-resistant glass platform that will not cause flavor carry-over.

An automatic tare button quickly calculates the net weight of ingredients by subtracting the container weight. Metrics can be changed from pounds and ounces, to grams and millilitres.
