When you want to have your coffee cake and eat your cheesecake too, you make both!
This dessert is made up of a moist apple cake base, a creamy cheesecake middle layer and a buttery, walnut streusel top layer (you can omit the walnuts if they are not your favourite 😌)
Each layer comes together very easily and there are no complicated instructions that usually come with making cheesecake. The hardest part will be waiting for the cake to chill and set!
