Prep Time:  40 minutes

Baking Time: 15 minutes @ 425°F, and 25 minutes @ 375°F

This classic pastry is much easier to make than it looks. A chocolate choux pastry is filled with chocolate whipped cream and topped with a caramel flavoured chocolate glaze and crispy Callebaut Crispearls.

    Super Easy and Delicious

    Enjoyed how the box includes everything you need, ingredient is premeasured and the box includes tool a mat to help pipe the eclairs. The filling and the caramel are delicious, it was super easy to follow and bake, definitely recommend.
