This one was my absolute favorite of the 6 kits I have received as a gift. The lemon and blueberry add so much flavour. The instructions were easy to follow . I will definitely make this again!
I baked this over the weekend and it is DELICIOUS! The lemon and blueberry add so much flavour. My son is not a fan of nuts in baking, but he even liked the pistachios. It's like a fancy cinnamon bun in a loaf shape, but it's nice that you can pull off just a couple of layers, or more depending on how much you feel like having. The instructions were easy to follow and having the pre-measured ingredients makes it so convenient to make. I will definitely make this again! I bake a lot of bread and I think this kit would be a nice introduction for a baker who wants to try making a yeast bread.
